Surface preparation :
• Make sure the surfaces to be assembled or repaired are clean, dry and free of dust, grease or any other contaminants.
Application :
• Cut off the end of the cartridge and screw on the applicator tip supplied.
• Insert the cartridge into a suitable extruder gun.
• Apply the refractory cement in an even bead or layer over the prepared surface, ensuring that any cracks or joints are completely filled.
• Recommended joint thickness is 2 to 5 mm.
Assembly :
• Assemble the elements to be masoned or fill the cracks immediately after applying the cement.
• Remove excess product with a spatula or damp cloth before curing begins.
Drying :
• Allow the cement to dry for 48 hours at room temperature to ensure complete hardening.
Putting into service :
• After complete drying, gradually expose the repaired area to heat to avoid thermal shock.
Precautions for use :
• Use indoors only.
• Clean tools and fresh stains with water.
• Store the product away from frost, heat and humidity.
• Wear protective gloves during application to avoid skin contact.
• In the event of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water and seek medical advice.
